Researcher biography

Hue completed her bachelor in 2007, followed by a Master of Science in Environmental Science in 2009 at Hanoi University of Science of Vietnam. In 2010 she started working as a research assistant and lecturer in the field of Environmental Sciences and Engineering at Ho Chi Minh University of Science of Vietnam until 2015 she joined QAEHS (formerly ENTOX) for her PhD. Her PhD project is about the occurrence, temporal trend, population consumption, environmental distribution and fate of a wide range of emerging contaminants including pharmaceuticals, personal care products, tobacco, alcohol and mainly focusing on per/poly fluorinated substances (PFASs) in wastewater and biosolids. Her key interest are studying on emerging contaminants in aspect of environmental health.
