This project, led by Massey University in New Zealand for the Health Research Council of NZ, aims to assess child exposure to a range of pesticides through human biomonitoring approaches. The project outcomes will support the development of preventive interventions. In total, approximately 900 urine samples and 450 matched dust samples will be analysed for pesticides and their metabolites, including organophosphate pesticides, pyrethroid pesticides, herbicides and carbamate pesticides.
