A groundbreaking collaboration between Seqwater and researchers from The University of Queensland’s Queensland Alliance for Environmental Health Sciences (QAEHS) has been named a finalist for the Australian Water Association’s Queensland Research & Development Excellence Award.
The nominated project, titled “Empowering Water Utilities: Collaborative Research & Development for Chemical Risk Detection and Sustainable Supply Management” brings together leading experts from across the water sector to address complex challenges in drinking water safety and sustainability. The initiative focuses on enhancing monitoring capabilities to improve chemical risk detection and bolster the management of drinking water catchments.
