Researcher biography
Thao Nguyen, as a researcher at the Pasteur Institute in Ho Chi Minh city for over a decade, specialising in infectious diseases control, focusing particularly on vector-borne diseases. Currently, she is engaged in her research aimed at developing mathematical models tailored to address the epidemiological dynamics of the Mekong Delta region in the South of Vietnam. She is currently completing her PhD at The University of Queensland.
