Dr Chang He
Researcher biography
Dr Chang He is a Professor of Environmental Sciences at Guangdong University of Technology, as well as an Honorary Senior Research Fellow at the Queensland Alliance for Environmental Health Sciences, University of Queensland. He holds a PhD in Environmental Sciences and specializes in the evaluation of human exposure to organic pollutants using both environmental monitoring and human biomonitoring strategies.
Dr He’s early research focused on the sources and human exposure to emerging contaminants, including organophosphate esters, chlorinated paraffins, phthalates in Australian population. Dr He was an AXA Research Fellow at UQ from 2021-2022, where he investigated biomarkers of these emerging contaminants for human biomonitoring.
Dr He continues his partnership with QAEHS researchers on several studies, including human biomonitoring programs.
