Principal supervisor: A/Prof Simon Reid
Eryn completed a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with honors at Laurentian University in Canada in 2010 and received a Masters degree in International Public Health from Queensland University in 2015. She has research experience in a range of fields including mental health, climate change adaptation, psychology and nutrition, physiotherapy and audiology, but her primary area of interest is communicable disease management. She has been a research officer with the Queensland Centre for Mental Health Research's Policy and Epidemiology Group at the School of Public Health since 2015 and has contributed to numerous government reports and publications during that time. She is currently completing a PhD aimed at using system dynamics to model direct human and bat interactions constituting Australian bat lyssavirus exposures in Queensland.
