This project investigates how the use of traditional tobacco and emerging nicotine products (such as e-cigarettes) changes in response to different government regulations across various Pacific Rim countries. By monitoring these consumption patterns over time, the research assesses whether specific legislative actions—such as tax increases or product bans—are successfully reducing nicotine consumption on the ground.
