What are Special Interest Groups?
A special interest group (SIG) is a community with shared interest in advancing a specific area of knowledge, learning or technology where members cooperate to affect or to produce solutions within their particular field, and may communicate, meet and organise conferences.
Special interest group - The Games 2032
The Games 2032 SIG is led by Dr Richard Bade (Senior Research Fellow).
The 2032 Olympic Games will be held in Brisbane, Australia and will provide numerous research areas both in the lead-up to and during the games. This Special Interest Group will explore broad research topics related to environmental health science and the Olympics, including but not limited to population health, drugs in wastewater and drinking water quality.
