
Researcher biography
Jinglong is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Queensland Alliance for Environmental Health Sciences (QAEHS), The University of Queensland. He completed his PhD in 2025 at QAEHS under the supervision of Prof. Kevin Thomas and Dr. Jake O’Brien, focusing on antimicrobial surveillance in Australia through wastewater-based epidemiology. His postdoctoral research focuses on developing analytical methods for the detection and quantification of plastic oligomers in environmental matrices and human tissues.
