Passive smoking, synthetic bedding and gas heating in homes show the strongest links to asthma

QAEHS researchers, K M Shahunja (PhD Candidate) and Assoc Prof Abdullah Mamun along with Prof Peter Sly from UQ's Child Health Research Centre report on their recent study that identifies the most significant sources of tobacco smoke, pollen, mould, dust, pet dander and harmful gases that can cause or worsen asthma symptoms at home.
