New synthetic opioid 'nitazenes' detected in Australia

Dr Richard Bade’s (QAEHS Senior Research Fellow) recent research that detected two highly potent nitazene variants in Australian wastewater has been mentioned by the Daily Mail as the opioids receive more coverage in Australia with recent exposure to two people in Melbourne.
