Researcher biography
Zubaria earned her Bachelor of Science in Biological Science and completed her postgraduate coursework in the field of Botany. She developed an interest in research and started her Master of Bioscience (research) from COMSATS Institute of Information Technology. In 2016 she completed her research degree with thesis on ”Presence of Organochloride Pesticide Residues in Milk”. In October 2020, she joined QAEHS as a volunteer researcher and assisted in research projects including chlorinated paraffins (CPs) in human breast milk and DAWE-air project. She started her PhD candidacy in 2021. Her PhD project is titled, “Human Exposure Pathways for Per-and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances (PFAS).”
